Rubicon LLC was a subsidiary private-public-partnership of IRC Company Limited. Rubicon is a subsidiary designed specifically for the Amur Bridge project. IT was sold to a joint venture, made up of the Investment Fund for Development of the Far East (Russia) (2.5 billion rubles) and the Russian-Chinese Investment Fund (7.5 billion rubles.)
