Description
In 2008, a joint venture of DP World and Yemen Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation received a 25 year concession to expand the capacity of, rehabilitate, and operate two terminals in the Port of Aden in Yemen: Aden Container Terminal and Ma’alla Container Terminal. However, in 2012, DP World exited from the concession by selling 50% of its stakes to Yemen Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation.
