Description

A 214 km long railway, which was constructed with the objective of connecting Central and Northern Kazakhstan. Built with the purpose of providing a shorter route to reach the Russian market, one of the main destinations of coal export of Kazakhstan, alongside the rationalization of export within regional transport, reducing the distance of freight.

Additional advantages include the socio-economic development of the region, with the aim of permanently employing 3000 locals after completion.
