Dhaka - Narayanganj Rail Line Project is project to upgrade lines to dual-gauge on the Dhaka to Narayanganj route in Bangladesh. The project got a green light from the government in January of 2015, and a construction contract was signed with Power Construction Corporation of China Limited in June 2017. In August 2017, environmentalists and rights activists protested, seeking to relocate the Narayanganj station and construct a road over the rail tracks.
