Description

This project is designed for the purpose of connecting Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh, to the coastal city of Sihanoukville. The estimated length of the expressway will be 190 km. The government of Cambodia hopes that the province of Preah Sihanouk will eventually develop into a "multi-purpose Special Economic Zone".
