Description

In late 2016, the company “Samarga Holding” announced their intention to build a port at the mouth of the Samarga river in Russia’s far east by 2026. The port will be connected to Kharabovsk by a rail line that will cut more than 500 kilometers off the journey to the coast, a high value add for a country with vast amount of territory otherwise inaccessible to maritime routes.
